Although there are a variety of tools and modalities for diagnosing treating malaria, it is still regarded as one the most common diseases with high mortality morbidity1. Different unusual presentations can be seen in form ARDS, myocarditis, hemophagocytosis2, suspicion should raised to prompt early aggressive antimalarial therapy reduce complications.
